How we build MOE ProjectsBuilt around the bell.
PRE-LOAD EVERYTHING
Materials ordered, scaffold ready, crew briefed and rostered. We do the planning during term so day one of the break is hammers, not procurement calls.
WORK THE WHOLE BREAK
Crews on site Saturday morning of the break — extended hours, weekends, public holidays if the programme needs it. No mid-break stand-downs waiting on a delivery that should've been ordered three weeks ago.
SCHOOL-SAFE METHODOLOGY
Site fenced and signed before work starts. Safety plan, traffic management and contractor inductions done up front. If term restarts mid-job, we partition cleanly so teaching carries on.
HANDED OVER BEFORE THE BELL
Snag list closed, site cleared, CCC and producer statements lodged. Principle walks through a finished project before school starts — not a punch list two weeks into term.
